Lemuel Alaman

Lemuel Alaman is an experienced educator and coach with a background in special education and athletics. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher and Football/Track Coach at Dallas Independent School District since June 2019, Lemuel has held various roles in education and sports, including positions at Mesquite Independent School District and Dallas Independent School District, where responsibilities included coaching football and track as well as teaching health. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Sports and Aquatics Director for the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, overseeing staff and programming, and as a Personal Trainer/Group Exercise Instructor at YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas. Lemuel started a wellness career as a Wellness Center Intern at Verizon Business, focusing on program development and member support. Lemuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Promotion from the University of North Texas.
