Levi Clark Jr.

Levi Clark Jr. is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef for Dallas Independent School District since April 2018, Levi oversees all food production, menu development, and catering functions. Prior to this, Levi held the position of District Executive Chef at Manor Independent School District, where responsibilities included supervising culinary operations and creating nutritionally sound monthly menus. Other notable roles include Chef/Operations Manager at Sodexo, Sous Chef at Dooky Chase Restaurant, and earlier positions at McDonald's and The Fudgery. Levi holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Nicholls State University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
