Makhtar Vincent Ndiaye

Makhtar Vincent Ndiaye is an accomplished professional in the basketball industry, currently serving as the Director of Pro Personnel and International for the Dallas Mavericks since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ndiaye held various positions including Director of International & Pro Scouting for the New York Knicks and Roving Scout for Madison Square Garden Entertainment. Ndiaye's extensive experience includes serving as General Manager for the men's basketball team of the Federation Senegalaise de Basket and as a Senior Director and Certified NBA/FIBA Agent with Wasserman Media Group. Additionally, Ndiaye has contributed to youth development through board memberships at the Anguilla Youth Foundation and SEED Project. A former professional basketball player with the Ligue Nationale de Basket, Ndiaye earned a Bachelor's degree in communications and international relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
