Aileen Castillo

Aileen Castillo is an experienced professional in development and fundraising, currently serving as Assistant Director of Principal & Major Gifts at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since May 2020. Previously, Aileen worked as a Development Consultant for the Institute for Climate and Peace, where responsibilities included building and implementing development plans for sustainable growth. As Development Manager at Peer Health Exchange, Aileen managed various fundraising streams, and as Development Coordinator at New Beginnings Without Violence and Abuse, Aileen oversaw key projects and initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Community Manager at WeWork and Tax Exempt Representative II at Fidelity Investments.
