Betsy Rigby

Betsy Rigby serves as the Director of Development at Dana Hall School since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing fundraising strategies and managing major gift prospects. As Principal of BTR Fundraising Partners since September 2022, Betsy provides strategic counsel to small non-profits. Prior experience includes Vice President at Graham-Pelton, Associate Vice President at BWF, and Interim Chief Development Officer at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate. Betsy's earlier roles include Chief Development Officer at MGH Institute of Health Professions and Director of Development at Partners HealthCare System, where strategic leadership in fundraising and talent management was emphasized. Educational background includes a Master’s degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and studies at Tufts University and Holton-Arms School.
