Elaine Chisholm

Elaine Chisholm, P.Eng, PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at D2L since July 2024, Elaine has previously held roles at MNP Digital, Accreon, and Bell, consistently contributing as a Proposal Manager. Earlier career experiences include serving as Enterprise Proposal Manager at Bell Aliant and Account Specialist at Aliant. Elaine holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University.
