Devon McDermott is an accomplished enablement leader with extensive experience in change management and team development across diverse industries. Currently serving as Head of Enablement at Dandy since August 2022, Devon leads a team in creating tailored onboarding and education programs for various go-to-market functions while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability. Previous roles include Vice President of Enablement & Learning and Development at Persado, and Vice President of Global Enablement at CM Group, where Devon strategically aligned enablement initiatives with corporate goals. With a solid foundation in program design and execution, Devon has successfully implemented training frameworks that enhance productivity and drive organizational success. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Media Studies from Emerson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from SUNY New Paltz.
