Joseph Boyle

Joseph Boyle is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer II at Dandy since September 2020, Joseph successfully led a new product from conception to deployment, expanding a team from two to eight members. Previously, Joseph held the position of Lead Developer at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where key contributions included developing a recitation management system for over 2000 annual users and implementing vital accessibility and security features. Additionally, Joseph worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cognition IP, improving legal workflows and significantly enhancing user journey efficiency. Joseph's early career at Rutgers University included roles as Head Learning Assistant and Programmer, where project management and application development skills were honed. Joseph’s foundational knowledge was built at Rutgers University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from 2015 to 2019.
