Michael McNeil

Michael McNeil is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in the beauty industry. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Danessa Myricks Beauty since August 2024, Michael previously held the same position at LAWLESS Beauty from October 2021 to October 2024. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, Communications, and Strategy at Huda Beauty, where oversight of brand marketing, social media, and events was key. Michael's career also includes vice presidents of integrated marketing at Milani Cosmetics and digital marketing at Jouer Cosmetics, as well as significant contributions at Anastasia Beverly Hills, where strategic marketing initiatives led to remarkable revenue growth. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Michael transitioned from a pre-med track to a successful career in beauty marketing.
