Malene Lykke

Malene Lykke has extensive experience in administrative and communication roles, currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the SVP DBS and Communication Advisor DBS at Danfoss since August 2019. Malene plays a key role in developing and maintaining a global onboarding program for new VP+ colleagues. Previous positions include serving as a Personal Assistant to the VP of BU Motor at Danfoss Power Solutions, and earlier roles at various organizations, including Guide2know and EUC Syd, where Malene managed marketing responsibilities and supported educational initiatives.
