Flavia Silva is an experienced professional with a strong background in agile methodologies, strategic planning, and OKR implementation. Currently serving as an Agilista and OKR Champion at Daniel Law since September 2022, Flavia has previously held key roles at UOL, Grupo Globo, and Rede Globo, focusing on governance, performance improvement, and project management. With an MBA in Business Management from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis and a degree in Production Engineering from UNESA, Flavia has developed expertise in defining and facilitating strategic objectives, managing project portfolios, and enhancing organizational processes across diverse sectors.
