Malene Pontoppidan

Malene Pontoppidan has extensive experience with the Danish Red Cross, serving in various roles since April 2000, including Accountability and Learning Adviser, Regional PMEAL Delegate for West Africa, and Senior Portfolio Adviser for West Africa, among others. Previously, Malene worked as a freelance translator for French from February 1999 to July 2002. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Africa Studies from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen (2002-2005) and a Cand.ling.merc in French, along with a degree in Commercial Languages (English and French) from Copenhagen Business School (1992-1998).
