Maria H. A. Vangkilde

Maria H. A. Vangkilde is an experienced Udviklingskonsulent at Røde Kors, specializing in migration and refugee issues, focused on the regions of Sydsjælland and Lolland-Falster since May 2022. Previously, Maria held roles at Diversity Works from August 2015 to April 2022, including Projektleder for various initiatives such as the Indvandrer Kvindecentrets mentor project for minority ethnic youth, where responsibilities included matching mentors with youth, ongoing support, and community outreach. Additionally, Maria served as Projektkoordinator for tutoring and networking cafes, emphasizing program development, volunteer training, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, an internship at Epinion in 2018 provided Maria with experience in education and social sector analysis. Maria holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by education in communication and personal development from Dansk Studiecenter.
