Pernille Kramp has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR partner and organizational development consultant at Danmarks Nationalbank since November 2011. Responsibilities include leading significant change initiatives related to learning and development, conducting annual employee satisfaction surveys, and overseeing talent development and recruitment processes. Prior roles include head of section at Beskæftigelsesministeriet, where Pernille led projects on employee well-being and talent development, as well as previous positions focusing on talent and competence development at Integrationsministeriet and Udlændingeservice. Early career experience includes a role at OHCHR, managing a Fellowship Programme for indigenous peoples and contributing to human rights initiatives. Pernille holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Copenhagen.
