Elisa Barouillet

Elisa Barouillet is a Junior Product Manager in Marketing Phytonutrition at Pileje since April 2023, focusing on the launch of a new phytonutrition range through monitoring, project management, and communication. Previously, Elisa worked as a Research Assistant at Quadram Institute, where development of a low lipid bioaccessibility legume-based product took place, alongside project management and data reporting. Prior experience includes a role as R&D Project Engineer at Ensmac, which involved developing a vegan chocolate dessert, and production operator positions at MAITRE PRUNILLE. Customer-facing skills were also honed during a receptionist role at Camping Château de Fonrives. Elisa holds an Engineer degree in Agroalimentaire Genie-Biologique from Ensmac, completed an Erasmus program at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, and possesses a scientific Baccalauréat from Lycée Maine de Biran.
