Jelena Pogrebniak

Jelena Pogrebniak currently serves as Chapter Lead in the Debt Management Development Tribe at Danske Bank, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Jelena was Team Manager and Product Owner at SME Finance, focusing on new generation business financing from June 2022 to July 2023. Between March 2016 and June 2022, Jelena held multiple roles at Danske Bank Lithuania, including Team Manager, Team Lead, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Jelena's early career included positions as an IT Analyst at ETRONIKA from June 2013 to March 2016 and as an Embedded Developer at Teltonika from March 2010 to June 2013. Academically, Jelena holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from VILNIUS TECH (2009-2011), a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Technological University of the Shannon (2008-2009), and another Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from VILNIUS TECH (2005-2009).
