Joanna Ong Joo Mien

Mdm. Joanna Ong Joo Mien was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on 2nd May 2019. She is currently the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominating Committee. Mdm. Ong has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Joanna is currently the Director of J.Ong Business Services, a corporate services consulting firm, which specialises in providing finance services and management strategy to SMEs in Singapore.
