Lena Hasiuk

Lena Hasiuk is an experienced professional currently serving as a Dare IT Scrum Master Mentee, selected from nearly 1,000 candidates for a mentoring program aimed at supporting women in tech. At Huawei as a Business Operations Manager for Digital Products, Lena has facilitated agile operations for cross-functional teams, fostering self-organization and promoting a safe communication environment. Previously, Lena worked as a Senior Language Technologist at MicroStrategy, managing software localization across 13 languages within a Scrum framework, and as a Social Media Analyst for Accenture Poland, focusing on brand management through data analysis. Early in the career, Lena held the position of Junior Project Manager at the Europejski Instytut na rzecz Demokracji, managing international projects. Lena holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Cultural Studies from the University of Warsaw, with ongoing education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
