Kaitlin Ryan

Kaitlin Ryan currently serves as a People Business Partner at Darktrace since October 2022, following a notable tenure at the University of Cambridge where responsibilities included HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Generalist for the EMEA and APAC regions from November 2016 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles at NHS East and North Hertfordshire as a Medical Resourcing Officer, where recruitment and record management were key responsibilities, and earlier positions at Newcastle University, Santander UK Corporate & Commercial, and Monsoon Accessorize, all contributing to a strong foundation in customer service and administrative functions. Kaitlin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and a BA (Hons) in International Business with Spanish from Glasgow Caledonian University, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange Year at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
