Florin Mihoc

Florin Mihoc is a seasoned venture partner at ff Venture Capital since December 2018 and serves as a strategic advisor to OptimizeFT and Dashbot. With extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development, Florin also holds an executive board member position at Blindspot, focusing on digital awareness technologies. Additionally, Florin offers mentorship at Startupbootcamp FinTech, contributes as an advisory board member for Groundfloor Finance, and has served as an operating partner at Astor Perkins, a deep tech and sustainability-focused venture capital fund. Academically, Florin has been a visiting associate scholar at Columbia Business School and possesses a Ph.D. in Relationship Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, along with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Griffiths School of Management.
