Ricardo Salaman

Ricardo Salaman is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at DASNY (Dormitory Authority - State of New York) since May 2018, and previously held the position of Managing General Counsel. Prior to this role, Ricardo worked at Goldman Sachs from July 1999 to July 2016 as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Citi from July 1986 to July 1999 as Vice President and Counsel, and at Shea & Gould as an Associate from June 1984 to July 1986. Ricardo earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Columbia University.
