Natacha Lefort

Natacha Lefort has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable RH de direction at Dassault Aviation since February 2015, where responsibilities include the deployment of HR policies and processes for a workforce of 720. Previous roles at Dassault Aviation include HR Manager and International Mobility Specialist, managing expatriate administration across multiple countries. Natacha also held positions at APITU as a Fille au pair and has a strong foundational background in HR and payroll management from experiences at Thales and ETDE. Natacha holds a Master’s degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and other relevant degrees in human resources and administration.
