Leon Li

Leon Li is a computer science graduate from the University of Washington, holding a Bachelor's degree obtained in 2023. Currently, Leon serves as a Software Engineer Intern at Sage Bionetworks, focusing on generating OpenAPI specifications for the Synapse API. Past experiences include roles as a Software Engineer Intern at Databricks, where Leon implemented a pivot table visualization, and at Amazon, modifying workflows for DataLens using Python. Leon has also contributed as a Software Engineer Intern at Sage Bionetworks, where the front end of a mobile toolbox was developed using React, TypeScript, and Material UI. Additional experience includes teaching Python and JavaScript as a Computer Science Instructor at Juni Learning, working as an iOS/Android developer at Avenu, and conducting research as a Software Research Assistant at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering for Project Sidewalk. In parallel, Leon has held a teaching assistant position at the same institution since September 2021, engaging with students through office hours and instructional sessions.
