Mahesh Venkataramani has a strong background in engineering and leadership, demonstrated through various roles at prominent tech companies. Mahesh served as a Director of Engineering at Thumbtack and held multiple senior managerial positions at Dropbox, focusing on Engagement & Personalization Platforms as well as Monetization & Revenue Platforms. As the founder of Okachi Labs and a part-time leadership coach, Mahesh offers expertise in guiding and developing engineering teams. Mahesh holds a Master of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras. Currently, Mahesh is engaged in Money Engineering at Databricks.
