Emily Dong

Emily Dong is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Datadog since January 2023, following a tenure as Deputy General Counsel and Legal Counsel at Kaltura from August 2017 to February 2023. Prior to Kaltura, Emily co-founded Masterclass Apparel, where responsibilities included serving as General Counsel from March 2015 to August 2017. The legal career began at Allen & Overy, starting as a Paralegal from July 2007 to July 2008, then advancing to an Associate role focusing on International Capital Markets, Project Finance, and Private Equity from September 2011 to February 2015. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at the New York City Law Department in commercial and real estate litigation. Emily holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
