Arnold Buxton

Arnold (Skip) Buxton has extensive experience in transportation and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Transportation Specialist at DATTCO, INC since August 2018, Arnold previously held the role of Pier Master at Quonset Development Corporation from April 2014 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing cargo vessel operations and ensuring compliance with Coast Guard regulations. Arnold retired as a Lieutenant after a twenty-four year career with the Rhode Island State Police, where various roles were undertaken. Additionally, Arnold worked as a Border Patrol Agent with the U.S. Border Patrol from May 1984 to June 1990, enforcing immigration laws and narcotics interdiction. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bryant University and training at the Rhode Island State Police Academy and U.S. Border Patrol Academy.
