Adoption Program Team

The Adoption Program Team at the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Wendy’s Wonderful Kids program. Each Adoption Program Manager works closely with funded adoption agencies to support and train recruiters in the Foundation’s evidence-based, child-focused recruitment model. Their goal is to find loving, permanent homes for children in foster care, particularly those who have been in the system the longest, including older youth, siblings, and children with special needs.
