Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelly has accumulated significant engineering experience across a variety of roles. This includes serving as an Engineer III at David Evans and Associates, Inc., and as a Project Engineer at VLMK Engineering + Design. Prior to these positions, Ryan worked as a Civil/Structural Engineer III at Black & Veatch. Additionally, Ryan gained foundational experience during internships with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, specifically in Statewide Bridge Design and Roadway Design, where Ryan held the titles of College Intern IV.
