Laura Regan

Laura Regan is an experienced legal professional with a substantial career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Davidson since June 2018, Laura has previously held roles as Legal Counsel at the same organization. Prior experience includes Senior Associate positions at Sparke Helmore and involvement as Director of Health and Safety at the Queensland Resources Council. Laura has also contributed to significant legal matters, including a secondment as a lawyer for the Royal Commission into the 2009 Victorian Bushfires. With foundational experience as a paralegal and various legal roles at Sparke Helmore, Laura’s educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Sydney, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Science from the University of Sydney.
