Marketing and Customer Relations

The Marketing and Customer Relations team at Davies Group is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement within highly regulated industries. They also manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted communication and support. Led by the Group CMO, the team works closely with the CSR Marketing Manager and Chief Customer Officer to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and company goals.
