Darrell Ryan

Darrell Ryan has a diverse background in food safety and agricultural management, currently serving as the Group Food Safety Audit Technologist at Dawn Meats since March 2023. Previously, Darrell held various technical positions at Kildare Chilling Company, including Technical Manager and Assistant Technical Manager, from November 2019 to March 2023. Darrell's experience also includes roles as Storeroom Supervisor at ICONINK, Goods Inwards Supervisor at Tendermeats, and Quality Control at Tender Meats. Darrell's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Animal and Crop Production from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science from Waterford Institute of Technology, complemented by a Higher Certificate in Agricultural Science from the same institution. Darrell’s career began in agriculture as a farm operator with FRS Recruitment and as a General Operative at Dawn Meats.
