Denise Healy

Denise Healy is a Food Safety and Quality Graduate at Dawn Meats since June 2023, with prior experience as a Project Intern at Tirlán, where Denise worked on a traceability project in the Kilkenny Food Company/Tirlan Soup plant. From May 2017 to June 2023, Denise served as a Deli Worker at Breslin's Supervalu Rathdowney and gained quality assurance experience as a Quality Assurance Assistant at Stapletons Bakery and Glanbia, focusing on product line checks, audits, and compliance with quality standards. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Food Science and Innovation from South East Technological University.
