The Operations and Coordination team at Dawson is responsible for ensuring efficient and seamless operations across all facets of the company. This includes overseeing job placements, coordinating experience management, and implementing HR solutions effectively. The team works collaboratively to drive operational excellence, enhance client and candidate experiences, and support community workforce programs, under the guidance of leadership comprising the VP of Operations, Experience Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, General Manager, and Operations Director.
