Latanya Straker

Latanya Straker currently serves as Vice President of People Experience at Day One Agency since February 2023. Previously, Latanya held various roles at Momentum Worldwide from December 2011 to February 2023, culminating in the position of Vice President, HR Business Partner NA. Additional experience includes HR positions at Volt Information Sciences, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, and Healthfirst, spanning roles from HR Business Partner to Recruiting Assistant. Latanya Straker holds both a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Behavior and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
