Jada Roche has extensive experience in business process management and analytics, currently serving as Manager of Business Process at Day & Ross since July 2013, where previous roles included Manager of Profile Analytics and Analyst of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to Day & Ross, Jada Roche worked at Rogers Communications as a Customer Service Specialist from March 2009 to June 2012 and at Asurion from September 2000 to February 2009 as a Business Analyst. Jada Roche holds a Certificate in Project Management from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Certificate in Business Process Management from the University of Toronto.
