Shari Defazio McNally

Shari Defazio McNally has extensive experience in logistics and operations, currently serving as AVP Truckload at Day & Ross since October 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing 3PL/4PL business across various transportation modes and serving as the Director of Logistics. Previous roles at Day & Ross also encompassed Master Data Functional Lead, where Shari led Customer/Supplier Master Data in a Business Agility IT Project, and Director of Credit, managing Credit & Collection and Cash Management for the corporate group. Prior to this, Shari held the position of General Manager, managing all international business operations. Shari's earlier experience includes a role as Operations Supervisor at McCain Foods, managing the International Customer Service Team for the CALATIN region, and various positions at Day & Ross from 1995 to 2007, including Claims Adjudicator, Account Relationship Manager, and Credit Analyst. Additionally, Shari worked as Office Manager at Preston Phipps from 1991 to 1993, managing office administration and supporting two engineers.
