Jim Huijgens

Jim Huijgens has extensive experience in logistics and transport planning, currently serving in warehouse and transport planning roles at Dayes since February 2020. Prior to this, Jim held multiple positions at HEMA from September 2012 to January 2020, including Senior Transport Planner and Availability Support Analyst, where responsibilities included managing national and international transport planning, overseeing production processes, and ensuring optimal product availability in stores. Jim has engaged with various information systems such as SAP and Microstrategy, and has a strong foundation in logistics, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics and Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Early career experience includes internships focused on logistics processes at Koninklijke Landmacht and Centraal Boekhuis, as well as entry-level positions at Gazelle and Schotpoort Group B.V.
