Manuel Fuentes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and retail operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Dayrise Residential, LLC since July 2024, Manuel previously held roles such as Senior Area Manager at Comunidad Partners and Commercial Property Manager at DaBella. Notable achievements include managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance, and producing financial reports as a Senior Portfolio Manager at H.G. Fenton Company. Prior to a focus on property management, Manuel gained significant retail experience, including leadership roles at Belk and Macy's, where responsibilities encompassed operations management, staffing, and customer service.
