Erik Nordqvist has extensive experience in customer experience and product management within the logistics sector, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at DB Schenker since August 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing Customer Experience in the Land Transport Cluster for Sweden and Denmark and managing expert functions like Business Services and Operational Excellence.
