Micha Roon is an accomplished engineering leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development, decentralized technologies, and blockchain applications. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has contributed to various blockchain initiatives and has a strong background in data warehousing and business analysis, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further education in fintech and project management.
