Phoebe Ho is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as Team Lead for Card Product Management at 星展銀行 since June 2021. With previous experience as Head of Cards and Channel Management at Hang Seng Bank, Phoebe successfully formulated acquisition strategies and enhanced channel efficiency. At 大新銀行, Phoebe held the position of Section Head for Card Usage & Retention, focusing on usage strategies and digital transformation. Phoebe began a career at Citi as Assistant Vice President for the Emerging Affluent Segment in the Credit Card division, where responsibilities included driving spending and managing co-brand credit cards. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Hong Kong.
