Dushyant Sharma has extensive experience in the collections and recoveries sector, having held various leadership roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Recoveries North at DCB Bank, Dushyant previously held positions including Vice President of Collections at ART Housing Finance (India) Ltd., Area Collections Manager at TVS Credit Services Ltd., and State Head of Collections for PC & CV at Tata Motors. Dushyant began the career as Manager of Collections in Delhi and Agra for Magma Fincorp Ltd. Dushyant holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Supply Chain Management from EMPI Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Himachal Pradesh University.
