Shridhar Desai

Shridhar Desai currently serves as the State Head - Microfinance at CSB Bank Limited since September 2023. Prior to this role, Shridhar held various positions in the microfinance sector, including State Head - Microfinance and Business Correspondence at DCB Bank from March 2019 to September 2023, and Area Manager at YES BANK from August 2016 to February 2019. Shridhar also worked as a Relationship Manager in the microfinance vertical at HDFC Bank Limited from June 2013 to February 2016. Earlier career experiences include roles as Retail Store Manager at Coromandel International Limited and Executive at L&T Finance. Shridhar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Mysore, completed between 2008 and 2010, and possesses an SSLC from Govt High School Gunnal.
