Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin is a Machine Learning Engineer at DCCA since July 2023, previously serving as a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer at Ardent from January 2022 to May 2023, where Ricky led a team to implement advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions. Prior experience includes a Data Scientist role at Redica Systems, focusing on creating advanced ML models for the Life Sciences sector, and a Data Science Researcher position at the UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering, which centered on bioinspired robotics. Additional roles include Data Science Intern at GoSite, Co-Founder of Rosen Technologies at The Basement UC San Diego, and Research Assistant at UC San Diego, all contributing to a solid foundation in data science and machine learning. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a focus on Machine Learning from UC San Diego, graduated in July 2021.
