Aria Martha Gómez Orea is currently the Director of Mexico at DCH. aría has held this position for 10 years and 6 months. Prior to their current role, they were the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Telefonica. Orea has also been responsible for designing and improving operational/administrative processes of HR in order to achieve results in an effective and efficient manner. aría has administered improvement projects (definition, planning, execution, control and closure) to achieve the results committed by each process. Additionally, they have coordinated work teams within operational areas to ensure the proper execution of improvement plans. aría has also designed the annual implementation plan for the area, aligned with the strategic plan of the management to ensure the achievement of objectives. Lastly, they have controlled policies and procedures through the quality system and follow-up to audits.
