Eduardo Amaya has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Eduardo currently serves as the Director of Mexico at DCH.
Eduardo began their career in Human Resources at Holcim Apasco in 1994. Eduardo served as the HR Director for Kerry Group from 2000 to 2004, and then as the Vice President of Executive HR at BASF from 2004 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Advanta Seeds, and then transitioned to Jose Cuervo as the CHRO - Director General de RH in 2016. Eduardo left Jose Cuervo in 2018 to join L'Oréal as the Human Resources Director, a position they held until 2021.
Eduardo has a wealth of experience in organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership and employee development, talent management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, internal communication, and change management. Eduardo has been instrumental in helping companies create and implement strategies that foster a positive and productive work environment.
Under Eduardo's leadership, DCH is poised for continued success in the Mexican market. Eduardo's deep understanding of the Mexican workforce and culture makes him uniquely qualified to lead the company's expansion efforts in the country.
Eduardo Amaya's educational career includes studying business and executive coaching at Newfield Consulting, coaching at Universidad San Sebastián, and earning an MBA in business administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Eduardo also has a diploma in organizational development from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a LAE in business administration from Universidad La Salle, A.C.
