Sven J. Koerner

Sven J. Koerner is an accomplished expert in AI, NLP, and software engineering, currently serving as the Founder of thingsTHINKING since August 2017, addressing knowledge management challenges for organizations through innovative solutions. Additionally, Sven is a Member of the Supervisory Board at DDG AG, contributing to the advancement of AI within the SME sector, and has actively participated in the KI Bundesverband e.V. as a board member. With a substantial background at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, including roles as an NLP/AI/Deep Learning Researcher and a PhD student, Sven has developed expertise in cognitive and semantic computing. Prior professional experiences include positions as a Technology Evangelist at OpenText and managerial roles in product lines and pre-sales at legodo ag. Sven holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
