Andre Bai

Andre Bai is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in the storage technology sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering for HPC Storage and the COS Site Leader at DDN Storage since September 2019, Andre oversees engineering and support for the DDN AI/HPC Storage platform. Prior to this role, Andre held the position of Sr. Director of Firmware Engineering at Viking Enterprise Solutions, focusing on leading a diverse firmware engineering team and driving process improvements. Andre's career began at IBM Corp, where significant contributions were made over 17 years, including managing the development of the DS8K All Flash Storage product and engaging in technical consulting in China. Andre holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Colorado State University.
