Roddy Millar

Roddy Millar is an experienced entrepreneur and thought leader in leadership development and management research. As the Founder and CEO of Ideas for Leaders since July 2013, Millar has facilitated the dissemination of leadership insights to thousands of executives and managers. Millar also serves as Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Developing Leaders Quarterly, a magazine dedicated to executive growth, and as Co-Founder and Director of the Scottish Leadership Institute. Additional roles include Series Editor for Middle Management Matters at De Gruyter Brill, Executive Fellow and Editorial Counsel at the Center for the Future of Organization, and Life Fellow at The RSA. Millar has a robust background in executive education, having founded IEDP and served as Executive Editor at GMB Publishing, while educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Houston and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.
