Ludger Niemann

Ludger Niemann is a Senior Lecturer and Head of the International Public Management (IPM) programme at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences since August 2016. Concurrently, Ludger Niemann serves as a PhD Researcher at TU Delft, focusing on local sustainability monitoring in Latin America and Europe. Previous experience includes roles as a Product Development Consultant at VNG International, an Advisor in Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and a Programme Officer at Oxfam Novib, among others. Ludger Niemann holds a Master of Science in Public Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Diplom-Psychologe from The University of Freiburg, as well as a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
